Heather Kaminsky

Heather Kaminsky is a seasoned retail real estate specialist and business consultant with over 20 years of diverse experience. Since founding HSK Consulting Inc. in August 2013, Heather has provided comprehensive services including Tenant and Landlord Representation, Feasibility Studies, and Retail Consulting. Previous roles include Senior Leasing/Merchandising Manager at AWE Talisman, where responsibilities included leasing and merchandising for multiple outlet locations, and Real Estate Manager at BCBG Max Azria, where Heather assessed a portfolio of over 275 stores and managed market expansions. Notably, as Director of Real Estate for Zara USA, Inc., Heather developed a growth strategy across the U.S. Heather's career also includes positions at Related, Macerich, Blatteis & Schnur, Golf Digest, and the Los Angeles Junior Chamber of Commerce. Heather holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics with a minor in Sports Management from UC Santa Barbara and has studied in Florence, Italy.
