Pachu Martinez

Pachu Martinez is an experienced professional in football with a diverse background in playing, coaching, and scouting. Currently serving as a Scouting Coordinator and Scout at Real Valladolid Club de Fútbol since October 2018, Pachu previously held roles at UMF Selfoss from February 2016 to October 2018, including Professional Football Player, U16 Head Coach, and Head of Scouting. Prior experience includes playing and coaching at FK Gjøvik-Lyn and Valdres FK, as well as a long tenure at Elche CF SAD. Pachu holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management from UCN, a Big Data Expert credential from Universidad de Valladolid, and various coaching and scouting qualifications, including a Level 1 Football Scout certification and a Sports Director License from RFEF.
