Diego Spera has worked in the technology industry since 2006. Starting as a Senior Backup & Recovery Administrator/Technical Lead at IBM, they then moved to Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a Senior Systems Administrator in 2010. In 2012, they joined Airspan Networks as a Senior Telecommunications Engineer, followed by Nexiit as a Senior DevOps Engineer in 2016. In 2017, they joined CERC Recebíveis as a Senior Site Reliability Engineer and Red Hat as a Senior Site Reliability Engineer. Finally, in 2019, they joined SolarWinds as a Senior Staff Site Reliability Engineer, Site Reliability Manager, and Staff Site Reliability Engineer. Currently, they are a Senior Staff Site Reliability Engineer at Real Vision, starting in 2022.
