Naman Srivastava

Naman Srivastava has extensive experience in the real estate and finance sectors. Naman is currently working at Landeed as the Head of Strategic Initiatives. Prior to this, they held multiple roles at RealBlocks, including Co-Founder & CFO and VP of Finance, where they played a key role in developing a platform for alternative investments. Naman also served as an Advisory Board Member at both RealBlocks and Definite, a tech-enabled platform for commercial real estate investment. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Associate at Blue Hawk Investments, where they focused on acquisition and development projects, and as an Associate at the Centre for Urban Land & Real Estate, where they contributed to land modernization and urban land management research. Additionally, Naman gained experience as a Development Associate at DBS Affordable Home Strategy Ltd, where they worked on capital raising and authored a book on affordable housing. Naman started their career as a Market Research Intern at Cushman & Wakefield and worked as an Analyst at Dar Al-Handasah (Shair and Partners). Naman's diverse work experience showcases their expertise in strategic planning, finance, real estate investment, and research.

Naman Srivastava has a Master's degree in Real Estate Finance and Investments from Harvard University. Naman also completed coursework in Entrepreneurship, RE Capital Markets, and Corporate Finance at MIT Sloan School of Management. Additionally, they hold a Master's degree in Planning/Real Estate from CEPT University. Naman obtained a Bachelor's degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee. Naman Srivastava has also earned certifications in Series 63 and Series 7 from FINRA, which were obtained in September 2019 and July 2019 respectively.
