Job description

We're currently seeking a talent coordinator to recruit talent and build strategic relationships with acting organizations. This job is a hybrid position. 

Location: Hollywood, Los Angeles, CA

Responsibilities:

  • Actor community outreach

  • Research communities and organizations to target for project participation

  • Recruit talent for our study

  • Coordinate and collaborate with the studio admin team

  • Constant communication with the production team for coordination

  • Maintain organized systems for actor related data

  • Keep a log of all contacted organizations and communities

  • Place flyers and advertisements in strategic locations around town and online

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proven experience as an administrator with some recruiting duties
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in data management systems
  • Working familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt
