Kim Freeman

Kim joins RealHR with over 20 years of experience in HR Business Partner and leadership roles. She is a strategic and collaborative HR Leader who partners with senior management to identify strategic opportunities and implement creative, employee focused programs and practices to support forward-thinking and high performing organizations.

Kim is equally adept in all HR functions. She is skillful in aligning organizational HR policies and procedures through global operations, mergers, and acquisitions. Additionally, she has shaped high performing HR support staff in three countries for a technology organization by instituting systems and processes for intentional talent management. Her work transformed the HR function to better align with organizational initiatives, strategy, and vision.

Kim is recognized for championing organizational improvements through core values, positive change, and fresh perspectives to enhance employee engagement in start-up, high growth corporations and during acquisitions. She holds a BS in Business Administration from North Carolina Wesleyan University, a MBA in Human resources from Ashford University and SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications.
