Kim is equally adept in all HR functions. She is skillful in aligning organizational HR policies and procedures through global operations, mergers, and acquisitions. Additionally, she has shaped high performing HR support staff in three countries for a technology organization by instituting systems and processes for intentional talent management. Her work transformed the HR function to better align with organizational initiatives, strategy, and vision.

She holds a BS in Business Administration from North Carolina Wesleyan University, a MBA in Human resources from Ashford University and SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications.
