Thomas R. has a diverse work experience in the field of software development.

Thomas started their career in 2014 as an Intern Software Developer at Canterbury Christ Church University, where they were responsible for completing a prototype for a client using techniques from the software development life-cycle and object orientation. Thomas applied an Agile approach and collaborated with a team to draft diagrams and ensure a clear understanding of the project.

In 2015, Thomas joined GForces as a Developer, where they worked until 2018.

In 2018, Thomas joined Influential Software Services Ltd as a PHP Developer, before transitioning to AudienceView as a Backend Team Lead in the same year.

Thomas is currently working at Realife Tech as a Backend Team Lead, a position they have held since March 2020.

Throughout their career, Thomas has gained expertise in backend development and has taken on leadership roles.

Thomas R. attended Canterbury Christ Church University from 2012 to 2015, where they obtained a Bsc in Computer Software Engineering. Prior to that, they attended Erith Academy from 2003 to 2011, though they did not obtain a degree or specialize in any specific field of study during that time.
