Jonathan Deutsch

Jonathan Deutsch has a strong background in actuarial and insurance roles. Jonathan began their career as an Actuarial Analyst at Tillinghast in 1993, before moving on to become a Regional Pricing Director at The Hartford in 1997. From 2003 to 2005, they served as the Lead Actuary - Agribusiness at Fireman's Fund Insurance Company. Jonathan then joined Travelers Insurance, where they held the positions of Senior Director - Personal Insurance, Research from 2005 to 2007, and Second Vice President - Actuary from 2007 to 2013. At Assurant, Jonathan worked as an AVP, Actuary from 2013 to 2019, overseeing global housing, global preneed, and discontinued operations. In 2019, they worked as a Consultant at BROAD Strategies Consulting before joining ReAlign Insurance Holdings, Inc. as the Vice President - Actuarial later in the same year.

Jonathan Deutsch obtained a BBA in Actuarial Science and Risk Management & Insurance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where they studied from 1988 to 1993. In November 1999, they became a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries (MAAA) and an Associate of the Casualty Actuarial Society, both obtained from their respective institutions.
