Hailey Jones

Hailey Jones is a seasoned professional in the health and social care sector with extensive experience in training and assessment. Currently serving as the Lead Trainer at Realise since June 2020, Hailey previously worked as a Health and Social Care Assessor at Wildes Education, where responsibilities included delivering levels 2-3 on new standards and level 5 leadership courses. Hailey’s career also includes roles as an Assessor at GP Strategies Corporation, Care Coordinator at Local Solutions, Support Worker at Nestor Healthcare Group plc, and Health Care Assistant at St Tysilio Nursing Home. Hailey holds a BA (Hons) Class 1 degree in Education Studies with Special and Inclusive Needs from Liverpool John Moores University, completed between 2011 and 2014.
