Matthew Smith Assoc CIPD, MA, is an accomplished Learning Systems Manager with extensive experience in the apprenticeship and learning sector. Currently employed at Realise since December 2020, Matthew enhances the learner experience by supporting the effective use of learning systems. Prior roles include Learning Systems Manager and Product Development Manager at Interserve Learning & Employment, where curriculum development for large employer apprenticeship programs was a primary responsibility. Previous positions include Assessor Trainer roles at Stellar Evolution and National Sales Academy, and a Capability Build Consultant at Vodafone. Matthew holds an MA in European Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management and a BA Hons in History & Human Resource Management, both from Keele University.
