Sarah O'Connor has a diverse work experience spanning different roles in the human resources field. Sarah started their career in 2002 at Alliance Boots, where they served as Deputy Terminal Manager for almost a decade. In 2012, they joined Univar and held various positions, including HR Administrator, HR Team Leader, and HR Officer for both the UK South and UK North regions. Since 2018, Sarah has been working at Realise, where they started as a Training and Development Officer for HR Apprenticeships. Sarah then progressed to the role of People Manager before being promoted to their current position as Head of HR.
Sarah O'Connor completed their education with a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in Psychology from Lancaster University in the years 2002 to 2005. Sarah later pursued a Level 3 Certificate in HR Practice from ICS Learn between 2011 and 2012. Lastly, Sarah obtained a Postgraduate Diploma (PGDip) in HR Management from Leeds Beckett University, where they studied from 2013 to 2015.
