Wayne Doran

Wayne Doran is an experienced Performance Manager at Realise since November 2018, known for strong communication and team-building skills within the training industry. Previously, Wayne held the position of Senior Training and Development Officer, overseeing a team of Training and Development Officers across two regions and delivering the Passenger Transport Level 2 Bus apprenticeship to Stagecoach employees. Earlier roles include managing apprentices at Stagecoach North East and providing post-test training for new employees at Stagecoach Bus from June 2006 to November 2018. Wayne's career began as a Quality Control Team Leader at Corning Incorporated, where responsibilities included supervising quality control staff and ensuring compliance with standards. Wayne has also contributed as a team member at SAFCFanTV since June 2022. Education was completed at Castle View High School from 1987 to 1991.
