Hilee Hattersley has extensive experience in customer success and various roles within the healthcare and gaming industries. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Reality Based Group since September 2022, Hilee previously held positions at Clinical Compensation Consultants, including Director's Assistant and Intake Lead, from November 2013 to July 2022. Hilee's background also includes experience as a Book Reviewer at Calisto Media Inc. and as a QA Analyst 1 at Zynga. Earlier in the career, Hilee worked as a QA Game Tester at Sony Online Entertainment and as a Customer Service Representative at the Texas Nurses Association. Hilee holds an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Visual Communication with a specialization in 2D Animation from Austin Community College, obtained between 2007 and 2010.
