Iván Zavala Steidel

Iván Zavala Steidel has extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Iván is the Chief Executive Officer of In Realta Grupo Inmobiliario since 2019. Iván is also the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Reality Realty since 1996, a real estate firm that offers various services in the Puerto Rico market, including resales, rentals, luxury properties, and more. In addition, Iván founded and served as the Chief Executive Officer of Inmobiliarias Naihomy, an investment and property flipping company, since 2001. Iván is also the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Reality Institute of Real Estate - REIRE since 2005, providing real estate education and training in Puerto Rico. Furthermore, Iván founded and served as the Chief Executive Officer of Top Property Management since 2017, offering property management services throughout Puerto Rico. Iván is the President of Semilla Urbana, a non-profit organization focused on revitalizing urban areas through art and culture initiatives. Iván is also the Developer and Founder of Don Rafa Boutique Hotel and Residences, a boutique hotel with a mid-century modern style, since 2019. Lastly, they have served as the Past Managing Partner of Urbital, a data-driven app providing property price estimates, from December 2021 to April 2023.

Iván Zavala Steidel studied Business Administration and Management, General at Columbia College Caguas. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications including ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist), CRB (Certified Residential Broker), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), and GRI (Graduate Realtors Institute) from the National Association of Realtors. Iván is currently in the process of obtaining the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) certification. Iván also holds a General Real Estate Instructor License (IG-146) and a Real Estate Broker License (C-8903) from the Junta Examinadora de Corredores, Vendedores y Empresas de Bienes Raíces. Iván has further certifications in SFR (Short sale & Foreclosure Resource), SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist), and TRC (Transnational Referral Certification) from the National Association of Realtors.
