Rita C. Andreone

Rita C. Andreone, K.C. ICD.D, serves as a Member of the Governance Advisory Committee at Realize Capital Partners and holds previous leadership positions including Chair of the Governance Committee and Vice Chair on the Board of Directors at the Vancouver Foundation, as well as Chair of the Governance Committee at Aquatera Utilities Inc. and various roles within the Prince Rupert Port Authority and Greater Vancouver Board of Trade. With extensive experience as a corporate lawyer at Lawson Lundell LLP, Rita specialized in corporate governance, risk management, and private equity investments, advising a diverse range of public and private corporations.
