Brian Moore

Brian Moore is an experienced Project Manager at Realizing Operational Improvement LLC, where responsibilities include coordinating multi-disciplinary teams for the launch of new manufacturing models, consistently meeting production glidepath targets and often exceeding production goals. Prior to this role, Brian gained valuable experience at Olive Garden, working in various restaurant positions while attending university. Brian also served as a Jr. Engineer at both Realizing Operational Improvement LLC and The Productivity Team, contributing to automotive projects for General Motors and various other clients. Brian holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English with a focus on Creative Writing from the University of Cincinnati and a Full Stack Web Development Certificate from Michigan State University.
