Sherry Nguyen

As RealKey’s Head of Product Operations, Sherry is responsible for overseeing collaboration between product development and engineering in the creation of new platform features, as well as ensuring that best practices and industry requirements are consistently met. Prior to joining RealKey, Sherry was Director of Operations for Loan Factory, the number one loan originator in the U.S. While at Loan Factory, she was instrumental in the company’s growth over four years from processing less than 200 loans per year to nearly 10,000 loans, with revenues reaching approximately $3.5 million. Throughout her career, she has held various roles in financing, including senior loan processor, senior loan origination, underwriter, and real estate sales agent, consistently providing superior client service throughout the loan lifecycle and ensuring complete client satisfaction.
