Crystal Pollard

Crystal Pollard serves as Managing Director at REALM Global since January 2024, specializing in strategic planning and operational management while overseeing daily operations and financial oversight. Additionally, Crystal is a member of The WIE Suite, a community that empowers women leaders. As Founder and CEO of Crystal Pollard Enterprises, Crystal launched the Everyday People Combine in October 2017 to foster community through fitness challenges. Previously, Crystal excelled as Operations and Sales Leader at Peloton Interactive, driving revenue growth in a leading showroom, and contributed significantly at Nike as a coach. Earlier experience also includes a managerial role at The Dallas Morning News where Crystal launched a luxury publication, as well as positions at Fossil and Neiman Marcus Group. Crystal holds a BSBA in Marketing and Finance from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a BBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
