Ethan Wolferman

Ethan Wolferman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales, business development, and custom furniture design. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at Realm since August 2024, Ethan previously held the role of Senior Account Executive at Cottage from August 2021 to August 2024. Prior to that, Ethan owned and operated Pacific Coast ADU, where responsibilities included lead generation and property analysis. As Head of Business Development at ADU Homes, Ethan managed sales leads and significantly contributed to marketing efforts through social media and advertising campaigns. With a background as the Founder/Fabricator at Wolfermade LLC, Ethan specialized in custom furniture design, and earlier experience as a Tennis Professional involved junior tennis development at various clubs from 2006 to 2013. Ethan holds a degree from Baker University.
