Erik Levin

Division President, Vendor Services at RealManage

Erik Levin is the current Division President of Vendor Services at RealManage. Prior to joining RealManage in October 2009, Mr. Levin served as the President of Association Specialty Group from January 2009 to May 2022.

Before their tenure at Association Specialty Group, Mr. Levin was the COO and Partner of American Management Group, LLC ("AMG"), a people first organization specializing in the management of residential Homeowner & Condominium Associations in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties, from January 2009 to January 2017.

From February 2006 to September 2009, Mr. Levin was the Managing General Partner of Double Click Companies, where they oversaw all aspects of operations in real estate development and management; including government approvals, sales and finance.

Mr. Levin began their career in 2004 as the Director Of Business Development & Marketing for NovaMin Technology Inc., where they served until 2006.

Erik Levin has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Management from the University of Florida. Erik graduated with Honors from North Miami Beach Senior High School. Erik has certifications from the Community Associations Institute in Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM), Association Management Specialist (AMS), and Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA). Erik is also certified by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation as a Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM) and a Real Estate License. Lastly, Erik is certified as a Notary Public by the State of Florida.

They are on a team with Brad Mauldin - VP of Corporate Financial Management, Chad Saville - VP of Resident Services, and Jennifer Jordan - EVP, Operations, CiraConnect. Erik Levin reports to Chris O'Neill, CEO.
