Glenn Petillo

Glenn has served as both General Counsel and Board Member to RealNex since its inception. Prior to his tenure at RealNex, he was a founding partner and General Counsel of the Pavonis Group, LLC, an investment management company that specializes in software and data solutions for the commercial real estate market.

As an attorney, he has focused his career on creditor representation, banking and real estate. Glenn has represented clients in asset and real estate acquisitions, commercial financing and leasing, mortgage banking, contracts and corporate matters.

As a partner in Petillo & Walters, P.C., his former clients included Citibank, GE Capital, CIT Group, Genworth Financial, Key Bank, Champion Mortgage, Eastern Savings Bank and Unity Bank. Glenn holds a BA in Economics from the University of Virginia and a JD from Seton Hall School of Law. He is admitted to practice law in both New York and New Jersey and is a member of various state and federal associations and courts within those jurisdictions.
