V. Ann Hailey

V. Ann Hailey is an Independent Director at Realogy. Prior to their current position, they were a Project Intern at Merced County Office of Education, a Teacher Assistant at Bancroft Elementary School, and a Mathematics Tutor. In July 2014, they were also a Day Camp Supervisor at John Muir Mountain Day Camp.

Ann Hailey has always been driven to help others. As a Project Intern, they facilitated 13 parent-child playgroups and provided centre-based nurturing care services directly to the target population. V. was also responsible for organizing and tracking inventory of playgroup materials and equipment. As a Teacher Assistant, they organized paperwork for the teacher, assisted students in subject matters, and occasionally taught subject matter lessons in the classroom. V. also proctored tests, quizzes, and class activities. When they became a Mathematics Tutor, they tutored a 7th-grade student to improve their understanding and memory retention of concepts and techniques in basic algebra. V. also developed adaptive lessons to bridge class concepts and other relevant techniques not taught in the classroom - which eventually helped the student improved their grade from low B to low A.

Ann Hailey’s experience has taught their how to be patient, how to be adaptable, and how to be resourceful. These skills have helped their greatly in their current position as an Independent Director at Realogy.
