Fitz Valdez

Fitz Valdez is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product management and technical support. Since June 2010, Fitz has been serving as the Director of Product Management at RealPage, Inc., after previously holding the position of Sr. Manager of Desktop Support. Prior to that, Fitz worked as Helpdesk Manager at Riverstone Residential Group from May 2007 to July 2010, where responsibilities included leading a team of Desktop Support technicians and providing remote assistance to over 3,000 users. Fitz began a career in technology at Lincoln Property Company as Regional Systems Coordinator from April 2003 to May 2007, focusing on troubleshooting hardware and software for numerous apartment communities across multiple states. Fitz holds an Associate degree in Computer Network Systems from ITT Technical Institute, obtained between 2001 and 2003.
