Melissa Morales currently serves as Vice President of Smart Building Customer Success & Support at RealPage, Inc., where responsibilities include leading customer success and product support across Smart Building initiatives, managing strategic partnerships, and overseeing a team of approximately 120 staff. Previous positions held by Melissa include Vice President of Customer Success and Vice President of Operations at Boingo Wireless, as well as Chief Financial Officer at Southern Community Services, where oversight of financial portfolios for homeowner associations was a key role. Additional experience includes Vice President of Operations at Elauwit and various finance and operations roles at Cass Information Systems, Faurecia, and Southern Community Services. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
