Monaz Karkaria has over 20 years of work experience. Monaz started their career in 1997 as a Technical Sales Representative at Smith & Nephew. In 1999, they moved to the World Health Organization where they were the Head of Department for Prosthesis & Orthotics. In 2005, they became a Language Consultant at Berlitz Corporation. In 2011, they became a Financial Advisor at Citi. In 2013, they became the Owner & President of Ben Zen Properties LLC, where they managed the company's operations, finances, property management, and was responsible for strategic growth and planning. Most recently, in 2020, they became the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of ReAlpha Tech Corp., where they are responsible for building the global operations of the company, including data science, acquisitions, roll-out management and operations.

Monaz Karkaria obtained a Bachelor's degree in Orthotist/Prosthetist from All India Institute Of Physical Medicine And Rehabilitation between 1993 and 1997. Subsequently, they obtained a Master's degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) between 2002 and 2005.
