Chris Payne

Chris Payne has a diverse work experience in various management roles. Chris has worked as a Vice President of Operations at Realstar Group since February 2023, where they are responsible for managing operations, ensuring compliance, and implementing strategic directions. Prior to this, they worked as a Regional Operations Manager at Greystar from January 2019 to February 2023. Chris has also been a District Manager at Starbucks, an Operations Manager at ASK Italian, and a General Manager at David Lloyd Leisure. Additionally, they have held management positions at Esporta Bridgend, Esporta Plymouth, Lifetime Health and Fitness, Harmony Fitness & Day Spa LLC, and DC Leisure Management. Chris has demonstrated achievements in employee development, sales, member satisfaction, and project management throughout their career.

Chris Payne obtained a diploma in Fitness Training and Sports Therapy from Premier Global Ltd in 1998. Chris completed their secondary education at Hellesdon High School from 1986 to 1991, where they studied various subjects including History, Physical Education, Music, Maths, and English.
