Anna Marie Castiglioni

Anna Marie Castiglioni became VP of Business Management and Transformation of Move, Inc., operator of realtor.com®, in September 2021.

In this role, she is Chief of Staff to the CEO and responsible for driving cross-company collaboration and coordination, ensuring the successful integration of business acquisitions, and leading critical cross-functional programs.

She has held multiple leadership roles in business management and strategic planning, partnering closely with C-level executives to shape the strategic agenda through a consultative approach and structured problem solving to balance near-term decisions with longer-term objectives. Prior to Realtor.com, she worked as the Head of US Digital Strategy for Citigroup. She also worked for industry-leading companies such as JPMorgan Chase & Co., Expedia, and Aon where she was responsible for developing and delivering ambitious multi-year strategic plans, improving processes, and transforming business operations to drive sustained growth. She has a proven track record of delivering outsized results and building diverse, high-performing teams.

She holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Marketing from New York University's Leonard N. Stern School of Business.
