Casey Flinn

Casey is Sr. Director of Product Operations at Realtor.com and is responsible for driving the strategic initiatives to help our Product organization scale, inspire our team members as they grow their careers, and ensure we have the conditions for our teams to do the best work of their lives. He is a people-first leader who is deeply committed to fostering a culture of empowerment, inclusivity, and authenticity.

Prior to joining Realtor.com in March of 2020, Casey led Product organizations and teams within Non-Profit, eCommerce, FinTech, and PropTech organizations and has deep experience in delivering best-in-class B2B / B2B2C SaaS solutions. He is actively involved in the local and broader product communities, where he loves to share what he has learned, and learn from others what they have to share - all in the pursuit of the most modern Product practices out there.

Casey holds a B.S. in Psychology from George Mason University, where he channeled his curiosity of human behavior into connecting people with delightful technology experiences.
