A customer-centric executive leader, Chen has a demonstrated history of driving results in the internet and e-commerce industry with a strong background in Search, User Interface Design, Data Science and Platform products.

Prior to joining Realtor.com, Chen worked at Walmart, eBay and Google. Chen has over 20 years of experience in the high tech industry applying technology to solve business problems, and over 15 years of experience in e-commerce spanning usability design, relevance algos and scalable platforms.

A successful people leader and influencer with past roles in development, product management, and business, Chen holds exceptional organizational and problem solving skills - focused on identifying outcomes and solutions.

Chen holds a bachelor's and master's degree from Stanford University, and an MBA from University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
