James Martin

James Martin is the Senior Director of Engineering, Property Content at Realtor.com. In this role, James is responsible for ensuring accuracy and availability of comprehensive and differentiated property content to both attract and retain consumers and industry partners.

He joined the company in 2010 with the acquisition of Threewide Corporation and has held a number of technology positions of increasing importance. He became the engineering leader for the ListHub product in 2014 and was promoted to Senior Director of Engineering with holistic responsibility for property content technology across all product lines in 2020.

James lives in Morgantown, WV and is a classically trained software engineer with bachelor's degrees in Computer Science and Computer Engineering as well as a master's degree in Computer Science, all from West Virginia University.
