James S. Caulfield

James S. Caulfield has served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary since 2006. Caulfield joined the Legal department in 2004 and has also served as Senior Vice President, Deputy General Counsel and Assistant Secretary. Prior to joining the company, Caulfield was Vice President & General Counsel of Lincoln Financial Advisors Corporation. He also served as an Executive Vice President of E.W. Blanch Holdings, Inc., a corporate Attorney of Fibreboard Corporation and a corporate Associate with the law firm of Bingham McCutchen, LLP.
