Kirsten “Kiki” Wanshura

Kirsten “Kiki” Wanshura currently serves as Vice President of Industry Relations at Realtor.com, a position held since March 2025. Prior to this role, Wanshura was Director of Market Acceleration at Lake Homes Realty from March 2023 to March 2025, focusing on the largest lake-focused real estate firm in the nation. Wanshura's extensive background includes significant positions at Pacaso, where revenue-generating opportunities were secured nationwide, and as Head of Sales at Holofy, launching a new proptech company. Additional experience includes Director of Business Development at MoxiWorks, Director of Industry Relations at Realtors Property Resource, and Regional Vice President at Obeo Inc., among other roles. Wanshura holds a BA in Mass Communications with a focus on Public Relations from Winona State University.
