Valerie Rivers

Valerie Rivers has a diverse work experience within the real estate industry. Valerie began their career in 1991 as a Customer Services Manager at the Montgomery County Association of REALTORS. Valerie then moved on to become the Marketing Manager at Metropolitan Regional Information Systems, Inc in 1997. In 2002, they joined the Greater Capital Area Association of REALTORS as a Professional Services Director and later transitioned to the role of Professional Services Consultant. From 2007 to 2009, Valerie was the owner of RivWood Enterprises, LLC, where they managed Home Consultant Magazine and EnjoyaHome.com. Following this, they served as the CEO of the Frederick County Association of REALTORS from 2009 to 2012. Since 2012, Valerie has been working at Realtors Property Resource as the Vice President of Training and Programs, where they oversee the implementation of a comprehensive training program to educate REALTORS on the RPR platform.

Valerie Rivers completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology at Frostburg State University between the years 1985 and 1989. Valerie then pursued further education at the University of Baltimore, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Organizational Psychology from 1989 to 1991.
