Eduardo Noguera

Mr. Noguera is based in London and oversees the company’s European operations. He works with the Chief Strategy Officer to implement the company’s strategic objectives in Europe as well as growing the platform across the Continent.

Mr. Noguera joined Realty Income in January 2021 as Managing Director, Head of Europe. Before joining Realty Income, Mr. Noguera was European Director at Patrizia (formerly Rockspring Property Investment Managers), member of the cross-border transactions team for over 5 years. Prior to that, he served as Acquisition Director at Pradera and Vice President at JER Partners.

Mr. Noguera holds an MA in Property Valuation & Law from City University London and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
