Greg Barrett

Greg Barrett is an experienced real estate professional currently serving as the Associate Vice President of Asset Management at Realty Income Corporation since January 2022. Prior to this role, Barrett was the Senior Asset Manager at CIRE Equity, overseeing over 1.5 million square feet of retail and industrial assets across the Western US. Previously, Barrett held the position of Director of Asset Management at Realty Income, managing a substantial portfolio of retail properties in the eastern region. Barrett began a career at Colliers International as a broker, specializing in property sales and leasing for a diverse range of assets. Academic qualifications include an MBA from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics/Business from Brigham Young University.
