Jonathan Hussey

Jonathan Hussey is a seasoned professional in people development and organizational effectiveness, currently serving as the Director of People Development at Realty Income Corporation since April 2020. Prior to this role, Jonathan worked at NuVasive as the Manager of Organizational Effectiveness and Learning from 2017 to April 2020, and at Mitchell International from 2014 to 2017, where Jonathan held multiple positions, including Organizational Effectiveness Consultant and Talent Acquisition Partner. In these roles, Jonathan successfully managed training initiatives, developed hiring models, and created career pathing tools that enhanced organizational efficiency. Jonathan began their career as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at San Diego State University, where Jonathan taught research methodology and data analytics. Jonathan is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at San Diego State University, having previously earned a double Bachelor of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and General Psychology from Point Loma Nazarene University.
