Peter Nobel

Peter Nobel, PhD, currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Founding Partner at Realty of America, beginning in September 2024. A member of American Mensa since 1996, Peter has held leadership roles in several organizations, including Chairman of the Board and CEO at ENRG.realty from November 2023 to August 2024, and Chief Strategy Officer, Senior Technology Advisor, and Real Estate Broker at Real from May 2020 to February 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Technology Advisor at SkylerAI, COO and VP of Technology at eXp Realty, and extensive involvement in Microsoft across various capacities in program management and data science for nearly two decades. Peter also contributed as a Board Advisor at Esoft and as a member of the Board of Directors at BlitzPad. With a PhD in Cognitive Science and Cognitive Psychology from Indiana University Bloomington and a Master’s degree from Tilburg University, Peter brings a robust background in technology, strategy, and cognitive research to the real estate sector.
