Eric Butler

Eric Butler is an accomplished real estate broker with extensive experience in the industry, currently serving as a Real Estate Broker at Realty ONE Group Dockside and GAIN Realty West Virginia since 2023. As a member of the Board of Directors for the West Virginia Association of REALTORS since December 2020 and a Past President of the Eastern Panhandle Board of REALTORS®, Eric has demonstrated strong leadership in the real estate community. Eric is also the owner of Butler Properties LLC since 2012 and has held various roles in other real estate firms, including Century 21 and Century 21 Sterling Realty. Prior to a successful career in real estate, Eric held vice president and owner positions at several companies, including Shepherdstown Beverage Company Inc. and T&T Landholdings LLC. Eric Butler graduated from Sherwood High School and attended Shepherd University.
