Carlos Carreon

Carlos Carreon is an accomplished accountant with extensive experience in accounting and finance, currently serving as an Accountant in the Reconciliation Unit at the Texas Workforce Commission since September 2017. Responsibilities include reconciling cash, revenue, and expenditure data between accounting systems, managing monthly reconciliations, and preparing complex journal transactions. Prior roles encompass General Ledger Accountant and Financial Reporting Accountant at the same agency, along with investment accounting and payroll analysis positions at the Employee Retirement System of Texas. Additionally, Carlos has pursued a career in real estate since 2016, taking on Realtor roles at various companies and currently functioning as a Mortgage Loan Originator and Realtor. Carlos holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from St. Edward's University.
