Adam Inbar has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Adam began their career as a Project Manager at IDF Technology unit from April 1995 to April 1998. After that, they worked as a Design Engineer at SmartLight Ltd from April 1998 to June 1999. During this time, they were involved in the design of electro-opto-mechanical medical systems.

In June 1999, they joined SmartLight Inc in the USA as a Field Service and Opto-mechanical Maintenance professional, and they worked there until March 2000.

From August 2002 to May 2005, Adam served as a Mechanical Engineer at Elbit Systems Ltd, where they designed helmet-mounted systems and electro-optical displays for fighter pilots and ground forces.

Most recently, Adam was associated with RealView Imaging. Adam joined the company in June 2015 as the Program Manager and the Manager of the Opto-Mechanical and Optics Groups. Adam later became the Vice President of Engineering in January 2019 and ultimately the Vice President of R&D in September 2019.
