Kirsty Charlton is currently the VP of Revenue Operations and Enablement at RealVNC, where Kirsty is excited to create a new Rev Ops department post PE buy-out. Kirsty is also the Co-Founder of the UK Revenue Operations Network and has experience working as a Revenue Operations Fractional Lead at Hook, as well as the VP of Revenue Operations at Signal AI. Kirsty has a background in insight consultancy, client service management, and pharmaceutical analysis, with degrees in Mass Fatality Management and Victim Identification, as well as Applied Science and Forensic Investigation.
