Tameka Spence has held various roles in the past decade. From 2011 to 2016, they worked as a Front Desk Receptionist at Altitude Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine, where they managed office cleaning, scheduling patients, organizing charting, medical billing claims, and stocking and cleaning treatment rooms. From 2016 to 2018, they were a Software Implementation Specialist at Firepoint Solutions, where they managed client onboarding and helped customize their templated websites, built client backend office connections, and connected the CRM to their domain for the website. Tameka also coordinated calls for new clients for their orientation and calls for taking their website live. Most recently, since 2018, they have been the Manager of Customer Onboarding & MLS at Realvolve, Inc, where they are responsible for managing the Onboarding team while obtaining and holding MLS approvals for websites, building client backend office connections, and ensuring the connections to the MLSs are working and/or fixing the feeds if they are not working correctly.

Tameka Spence attended The College of Idaho from 2011 to 2015 and earned a Bachelor of Arts - BA in Pre-Medicine/Pre-Medical Studies.
