Kristi Fickert has an extensive professional background in marketing, sales, and community development. Currently serving as Vice President of Enterprise Growth at Realync, Kristi has previously held leadership roles at companies such as 30 Lines, Village Green Companies, and the City of Wilmington. Kristi has also been an active member of the Community Improvement Corporation of Wilmington and Wilmington City Council, contributing to economic development and progress in the community.
