Valérie Teboul-Weber has extensive experience in the media and marketing industries. In 1989, they began their career as a Chargée d'études at Havas DOM, where they conducted studies on the feasibility of CANAL+ in Réunion, the advertising market in the DOM-TOM for the Conseil Supérieur de l’Audiovisuel, and the audience of RFO in television and radio. Valérie then moved to Régie 5, the advertising agency of La Cinq, as a Chargée d'études in the Marketing and Development Department. Valérie then took on the role of Responsable de la programmation at Canal+ Réunion. In 1989, they joined HAVAS DOM as a Chargée d'études in the Presidency. In 1990, they moved to France Télévisions Publicité as a Directrice de Clientèle, where they developed the portfolio of the Hygiene/Beauty/Pharmacy sector, defined the commercial strategy and developed marketing tools. In 2000, they joined the Department of Political Sciences of the Sorbonne as a Teacher-Researcher at the CREDAP, Centre de recherche sur la décision administrative et politique, where they conducted research on the reforms of audiovisual and public service. Valérie then co-founded Un rond dans l'eau in 2010, where they set up a screen printing workshop, created and designed the product range, and developed the marketing and commercial strategy of the brand. In 2014, they became a Consultant at LEADSMONITOR - TV DATA DRIVEN SOLUTION, where they conducted studies and development for the Drive-to-web effectiveness measurement tool of TV advertising campaigns, and provided analyses and recommendations. Since 2015, they have been the Head of Account Managing, Research and Media Studies, and Responsable Pôle Etudes et Expertise Media at Realytics.
Valérie Teboul-Weber holds a DEA in Communication, Technologies, and Power from Université Paris-Sorbonne (2000), a DESS in Droit et Administration de la Communication Audiovisuelle from Université Paris-Sorbonne (1989), and a Maîtrise in Sciences de Gestion from Université Paris-Sorbonne (1988). Valérie also attended Lycée Henri IV.
