Allan Ang

Allan Ang currently serves as the Chief People Officer at Reap, overseeing the global People & Culture function and collaborating with leadership to enhance organizational growth. Allan also contributes as a member of the Business School Board of Advisors at the University of Sussex. Previously, Allan held the position of Director - Head of HR & Capability for KFC Asia at Yum! Brands, where responsibilities included talent lifecycle management and culture transformation. Other notable roles include Executive Director of HR & Talent at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., Senior Director of HR Business Partner at Visa, and various positions in recruitment and talent acquisition at Vodafone and Alexander Mann Solutions. Allan earned a BA in Economics from the University of Sussex.
