Parmjit Bajwa has a strong background in IT infrastructure and management. They started their career at Phoenix Software Solutions in 2004 as 1st Line Support, primarily working with Matchmaker estate agency software and Smart Panorama. They eventually moved up to 2nd Line Support and took on responsibilities such as installing, maintaining, and upgrading clients' SQL servers.

In 2005, Phoenix Software merged with Reapit, and Parmjit transitioned to supporting RPS/RPL software. They also provided hardware/network support for clients and carried out Reapit upgrades and conversions. During this time, they took on various roles, including managing large-scale upgrades and conversions, maintaining internal and client infrastructure, and setting up and maintaining servers, phone systems, and firewalls. They also acted as an IT consultant, created training manuals and documentation, and supervised staff members.

In 2014, Parmjit became an IT Infrastructure Manager at Reapit. They were responsible for enhancing the company's IT infrastructure and managing IT services for end-users. They worked across different service lines to improve efficiency, performance, availability, and scalability. They also oversaw the development, standardization, deployment, and management of Reapit's enterprise computing infrastructure.

In 2015, Parmjit was promoted to Head of IT at Reapit. In this role, they managed the Infrastructure team and delivered key technology initiatives and projects, such as firewall and wireless upgrades, telephony refresh and migration, and backup and disaster recovery. They also focused on standardization and compliance, negotiating costs/contracts with suppliers to drive down expenditure.

Finally, in 2019, Parmjit became the Head of Infrastructure at Reapit. They led teams in the UK and abroad and implemented improvements in cyber security and IT maturity. They developed and implemented the ISO27001 framework for certification as the Group Information Security Manager.

Overall, Parmjit Bajwa has extensive experience in IT infrastructure and management, with a focus on enhancing efficiency, security, and standardization in various organizations.

Parmjit Bajwa completed a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng Hons) degree in Computer Interactive Systems at the University of Birmingham from 2000 to 2003. Throughout their career, Parmjit obtained various additional certifications including ISO/IEC 27001:2013 Lead Implementer Training Course from BSI in February 2022, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from (ISC)² in January 2021, PRINCE2® Foundation Certificate in Project Management from EXIN in May 2015, and Microsoft Certified Professional: Installing and Configuring Windows Server 2012 in September 2014. Parmjit also obtained several other certifications from Microsoft such as M20412 Configuring Advanced Windows Server 2012 Services in July 2014, M20411 Administering Windows Server 2012 in June 2014, and Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist: Administering and Deploying System Center 2012 Configuration Manager in March 2014. Prior to that, Parmjit acquired certifications in various fields including Avaya IP Office R6 Implementation from Avaya University in August 2010, ITIL Version 3 from ISEB (Prometic) in April 2008, and CCNA from Technology Innovation Centre in June 2006. Parmjit also holds certifications in Certified Ethical Hacker from EC-Council in June 2017 and VMware Certified Professional (VCP-510) from VMware in July 2012. In terms of other educational qualifications, Parmjit obtained a BTEC PDC Information and Communication Technology from EDEXCEL in June 2006 and certifications in PDC Network Operating Systems and PDC PC Hardware Software, also from EDEXCEL, in September 2005.
