Amit Tal

Amit Tal is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in driving high-performance teams and delivering innovative solutions. Currently serving as VP of Engineering at ReasonLabs since January 2022, Amit previously held director-level positions at ironSource, overseeing engineering for both AdIntel and Cyber Security divisions. Demonstrated expertise includes building and nurturing diverse teams, managing high-scale production environments, and optimizing cloud computing accounts on AWS and Azure. Amit's career also includes key roles in web development and project management, where contributions to digital marketing and e-commerce projects have led to significant improvements in conversion rates and customer engagement. Prior experience includes a role as Chief Operations Officer at Misgav-Ori Productions, managing complex production projects in the entertainment industry, and serving as a pre-sales consultant with Ergocom Israel Ltd.
