Margaret Hassall

Margaret Hassall is an experienced non-executive director in the financial services industry and brings a broad range of experience developed across various industry sectors including manufacturing, utilities, and financial services, specifically focused on large transformational change, separations and integrations. She spent seven years working for Deloitte as a consultant and led the financial services consulting business for Charteris. Margaret has also been engaged as chief operations officer or chief information officer for divisions within some of the world's largest banks, including Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Barclays and Royal Bank of Scotland.

Margaret is also on the boards of One Savings Bank, Nucleus Financial Group and Ascension Trust Scotland.
