Marcello Marin

Marcello Marin has extensive experience in finance and leadership roles. Marcello is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Spot Financas and Campus Code. Previously, they held the position of CFO at Rebase and Leavening Accelerator, where they also served as the Head of Acceleration. Marcello has also worked as a Financial Advisor at Rebase and as a CEO/CFO/RI/Board Member at OSX. Marcello Marin co-founded Marin Consult and served as a Co-Founder until August 2022. Additionally, they have worked as a Professor at Centro Universitário UNIFAAT and Universidade Cruzeiro do Sul. Marcello also worked as a Managing Director at OGX Netherlands Holding BV and served as a Fiscal Council Member at OGX Oil and Gas.

Marcello Marin has a Master's degree in Corporate Governance from Centro Universitário FMU | FIAM-FAAM, which they obtained from 2017 to 2018. Marcello also completed an MBA in Advanced Business Management with an International Extension from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona in 2013. In 2015, Marcello completed an Advanced Course for Board Members at IBGC, focusing on business. Marcello holds an Executive MBA from the Brazilian Business School, which they earned from 2009 to 2011. Marcello's educational journey began with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Universidade Paulista, which they completed from 1998 to 2001.
