Betty Siu

Betty Siu is the Senior Manager of S&OP at REBBL. Betty has over 14 years of experience in supply planning and management. Prior to joining REBBL, Betty was the Manager of Supply Planning at Rodan + Fields from August 2019 to January 2020. Betty has also held supply planning positions at Premier Nutrition and method products pbc.

At method products pbc, Betty was responsible for the production plan and ordering of all finished goods and materials related to the Personal Care category. Betty also managed day-to-day relationships and communication with co-packers and materials suppliers. Betty was instrumental in implementing an MRP system for finished goods and materials planning, as well as a DRP system to drive replenishment to three existing warehouses. Betty also successfully managed the transition of Personal Care production to a lower cost co-packer with minimal impact on service levels.

In their role at REBBL, Betty is responsible for leading the S&OP process and ensuring that REBBL has the necessary inventory levels to meet customer demand. Betty works closely with the sales, customer service, and finance teams to ensure that REBBL’s inventory is accurately reflected in its financial statements and that customer orders can be fulfilled in a timely manner.

Betty Siu has a degree in international relations from the University of California, Davis.
